AASIOM Pvt Ltd exists because we believe India's sovereign technological capability cannot be outsourced, imported, or borrowed. It must be built — here, by us, for India.
Sovereignty is not a feature.
It is the architecture.
India operates some of the world's most critical and complex infrastructure — yet the intelligent systems that monitor and protect it are overwhelmingly imported. Every foreign sensor, every foreign algorithm, every foreign radio module is a dependency India cannot afford on its critical assets.
The founding team recognised that this was not just a technology gap — it was a national vulnerability. The solution was not to procure better imports. The solution was to build a company that could design and deploy sovereign systems from the ground up.
AASIOM was incorporated in 2026 in Maharashtra with a singular charter: advance India's sovereign deep-technology frontier across autonomous aerial systems, on-device edge intelligence, and indigenous semiconductor design.
These are not aspirations on a wall. They are the decisions we make every day about what to build, how to protect it, and who to build it for.
Every technology decision at AASIOM is evaluated through a single lens: does this reduce or increase India's dependency on foreign systems? We choose sovereignty even when imports are cheaper or faster.
Non-NegotiableWe are not a PowerPoint company. AASIOM measures progress by working systems and real-world deployments — not by deck revisions. Our credibility is built through what we actually build.
Operating PrincipleEvery novel system architecture, algorithm, and hardware design at AASIOM is evaluated for IP protection potential before it is shared. We intend for India's intellectual property to remain in India's hands.
Strategic PostureAASIOM is not building for a niche market segment. We are building for India's infrastructure at scale — the expressways, the airspace, the semiconductor supply chain. We think in decades, not quarters.
Long-Term VisionWe design our systems with government bodies — MSRDC, NHAI, MoD — as the intended primary operators. This shapes our security thinking, our interface design, and our long-term deployment philosophy.
Deployment ModelAASIOM was founded by people who believe in rigorous, first-principles problem solving. Our technology is grounded in deep analysis and research methodology, not vendor shortcuts.
Founding PhilosophyFounding team begins systematic analysis of India's critical infrastructure technology gaps — focusing on expressway surveillance, aerial intelligence, and the import dependency problem in public infrastructure.
Core system concepts and architectures explored. Feasibility analysis conducted across drone platforms, edge AI approaches, and mesh communication strategies. Project scope defined for Maharashtra expressway corridors.
Company formally incorporated in Maharashtra, India. Operations established. Team of three co-founders committed to advancing India's sovereign deep-technology capability.
Flagship pilot project MH-ASLN in active planning. Technology approach being refined. Groundwork being laid for government engagement with Maharashtra state infrastructure bodies.
Designing sovereign drone surveillance and edge AI systems for India's highway and infrastructure corridors. MH-ASLN is our first pilot project in this domain.
Future extension of AASIOM's mesh communication and autonomous systems concepts into defence applications and strategic communication infrastructure.
Custom SoC architectures designed in India for India — the long-horizon goal of eliminating foreign hardware dependency at the silicon level.
Three co-founders united by a single conviction — that India's sovereign technology capability must be built by Indians, for India.
Driving strategic vision, institutional governance, and corporate structuring to serve AASIOM's long-term sovereign interests and national deployment.
Architecting the autonomous systems, edge AI infrastructure, and spatial telemetry networks to build India's deep-technology capacity from the ground up.
Executing operational deployment, leading government engagement, and scaling the AASIOM framework to close India's infrastructure and sovereignty gap.
Whether you represent a government body, a research institution, or a strategic investor — AASIOM is open to meaningful collaboration.
